I've been looking into buying a monitor with the same requirements. Look into the Del U2514H.

1440p @ 144hz is a whole lot for a i5.

Could you elaborate on this?

Yeah you're right. I had a typo. What's your budget?

This monitor is great with the extra USB ports, small bezel, and the guaranteed pixel perfect quality! If you are looking for a 25" 1440p monitor this one disappoint you!

This one disappoint me tho
will definitely keep this one in mind
has a lot of good reviews
will most likely order this weekend

You have a lot of options. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/monitor/#r=256001440&sort=a8&page=1&X=0,40542

Here's a new forum I found which the u2515h has been mentioned a lot. https://forum.pcmonitors.info/search/u2515/

Here's a highly detailed review to get an idea of what the monitor is capable of. http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2515h.htm

Ignore the 2 different sets of RAM
I got spares so I figured I might as well add them

thank you guys for helping me with everything so far
I need help with the airflow
I replaced the fan on the hyper evo 212 with 2 spare corsair fans I had
Now I'm a bit worried on temps on the CPU and GPU

Before with 1 fan it was(under load CS : GO max settings)
CPU : 40c tops
GPU : 60c tops

After adding an extra fan to the Hyper EVO 212
CPU: 35c tops
GPU : 67-75c

Also, I added an SSD under it which also made the space between the gfx and floor of the case even narrower
Below pic is previous set up

Any idea why the temps increased dramatically on the video card?
Will it help if I shift the graphics card up 1 slot to give it more airflow below the graphics card?
Any ideas would help

are you sure the fan is blowing in the right direction?

Also CS:GO is not considered "load" for your grafics card. Every toaster will rech 60 fps easly. Run firestrike to test your GPU load temperatures and Cinebench 15 to test your CPU temps.
