With your setups you will run into CPU limits. 980ti 2-way-sli is very powerfull. Since you use two 165hz monitors your most likely going to set the grafic settings down in order to reach constant 165fps. At this point your CPU will most likely fail to feed the grafic cards. You might want to switch to 60hz 4k monitors or get a better cpu.
