with the 970 you should be in the clear, and have enough power to run everything.. but depending on how far you want to overclock the cpu, id strongly concider even at the lowest; the kraken x41 liquid cooler for the 8320... its about $75 more than the 212, but youd have far more stable temperature accross the cpu.. or possibly even concider the better ones on the market; roughly $100 more, the h100i gtx or the h110i gtx)..

Alright cool thanks.
I'll probably upgrade the CPU at later time ( the games i play are pretty CPU intensive - Dayz , Arma 3 )

edited my last post on the last page, not sure if you saw it or not..

copied from there:

e/ i just noticed the cpu in the list isnt labeled as purchaced.. werent you just going to transfer your existing cpu over to the new board? that alone will save you the cost of the higher end liquid cooled setup

... or is this a complete build from scratch?

if this is from scratch, id change a few things, again you could remove the 110i gtx for the 212plus ($100 difference) : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JPVrZL

Just saw it now. IDK why it doesnt say bought yet , but with the parts list i showed you i changed the Case , GPU , MOBO.
Sorry for the confusion . I messed around with a bunch of builds in the past week i might of sent a different one lol
The original build i currently have is a build from help in here almost 2 years ago ( i think ) .

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZDZgVn - I erased what i already have just to check out overall ending price. I like this so far. I may change the case , don't need anything crazy but i want one with space so ill check some out .

Next Question : Before i make any buys , with the games i listed is it better to go with a new CPU instead of a GPU ? These games are pretty damn CPU intense . OR would overclocking the 8320 boost it enough?

Above guy is crazy. You're golden with a 700 watt power supply. You'd be fine with 550 watts on an overclocked 8320 + 390.

Also, purchasing a water cooler and new motherboard is a waste of money, compared to just buying a new cpu and board.
If you're going to spend that much money, it would be pertinent to just buy the new cpu at that point, because you will only add maybe 15-20% of performance at most by overclocking.
Conversely, this will add 40% or so to your single core performance for an extra 20 dollars.

Sorry for not being back sooner, but I only recommended the option of keeping the 8320 on the premise that you would not buy a new board, to save money. Spending more money on the same processor to OC, defeats the purpose ^^
For arma 3 the difference between an fx 8320 and an intel processor will only be about 15-20 frames at the most extreme, usually around 5-10. So keep in mind, those are the only gains you will see on the CPU side.
