That's the part I don't get...
No matter how fast the action in a movie, I see no motion blur on 60Hz, on my monitor or my TV.
Gaming, it may be different. But until they release a decent game (by my standards), to test with, well I can't personally comment.
I still think it has a lot to do with the EYES of the person watching.
I did edit my last post 2 more times with more info.
Have you actually tried a 120hz monitor @ 120hz?
Since its recorded at 24fps, Holywood actually blurs each frame together, so it doesnt look stuttery. I think if you saw both, You'd be able to tell the difference & start noticing blur/etc.
Also, Go turn on a soap opera on tv. The show looks like it was filmed ... Fake?
Thats because unline traditional TV/Movies that are recorded at 24fps, Soap opera shows are recorded at 48fps.
Unfortunately people associate the fakeness of the soap, With the doubled framerate.

are you playing fps?
60hz is ok for every other game but fps, where you better play with 120+
I actually enjoy the 144hz refresh on racing games, and top view scrolling games like league.
Makes them silky smooth

Go back to page #2 & read the rest of the post. Thats not how 120hz monitors work.

You have a 60hz monitor... Why in the hell would you be able to notice a difference of 60-120-144hz on a 60hz monitor ~_~
