Agreed. It won't be a huge upgrade, but Intel is at least consistent in their processor iterations. I believe since Sandy bridge each iteration has been a 10-15% improvement and what ~25% in IGPU.
more like 5-7% per generation in cpu performance

I'm not saying its going to be a MASSIVE upgrade from current gen.. As we're still waiting on benchmarks to show its performance... Just why upgrade to current gen intel, When new gen comes out soon?

but im skipping broadwell, zero reason to buy into it.
