the tables already have holes for the table legs.. all u gotta do is install it urself with a hand tool they provide..
which literally takes 5min to install all 4.

Remove the door where the PC would go.
Remove the inner side panel of the PC compartment and replace it with a mesh grating.

I highly doubt either of those would come put together, unless you went to a store and purchased the display model, they all come with the boards, screws, and a set of instructions.
