4 phase isn't that good bro...you want 8+2 or better.

what the fuck did i just read?

jeez i always said this forum is full of people that hav eno fucking idea what they talk about :/

today you have 8 due to usage of high power psu's you have option for 8 instead of 4 to reduce the power on phase of 4 so it wont burn and shit like that...mostly only for this reason.
and by the way
i got my 4690 to 4.4 with shit mobo that cost me like 30$

z87 pc mate of msi
been running stable for very long time with max pushed volt.

dont be afraid to burn your stuff, there is warrany that should cover such stuff, they cant know you burn it with overclock anyways.

....and who PM'd you to join the party. LOL

At least get it right if you're trying to insult me...Int eh OLD days we had 8 due to crappy vrms and mosfets, etc. Ya know like BEFORE the P67 chipset motherboards.

Yes I said not to OC on a 4 pahse board, and in this case was wrong. But I'd rather be wrong than have someone kill their mobo. So I checked into it, and found out I was wrong. Then I posted that...

But seriously, you crack me up...it's like I make a mistake by erring on the side of caution, and it's like a busload of ppl appear to point it out. Do you really have so little enjoyment in your life that you feel the need to do this. m LOL ??
