I am curious why people are responding to this thread with useless "suggestions".
I have 1500$ for a reason. Bringing me in at 1200 and saying "You don't need that", is NOT what I am looking for.
I state that I want it liquid cooled and the first reply says, "you don't need a liquid cooler" and suggest a fan...
Then I say I need an i7 and I am told that I don't need an i7.

I am curious when this became a dictatorship where someone else decides where my money goes. o.O;

Edit; To those of you who are actually TRYING. Thank you.

your request is literally having someone else decide where your money goes, but lets not research it ourselves

good luck

Pick your own keyboard.. fyi.. the reason people are showing you builds that cost 1100$ or 1300$ is because at 1300$ your taxes on the purchased items will be roughly 120-130$ which will put you at around 1450$... my build will put you probably around 1700-1800.. the reason I did my build like I did is.. its 1499$ which is in your budget.. but taxes are going to take you well into the 1600$ plus a keyboard..

Yes, because trying to save someone money and still get him the same quallity/performance is ofc equal to measuring e-peen, while trying to spend 1500$ no matter what is the logical thing to do.
Other than that, Funion already pointed out that the i5 builds alone come close to OP's budget after taxes.

Actually, if you read my request properly it is for someone who is able to Skype with me, so far out of 24 posts...only 1 has been able to successfully fulfill that request.
Secondly, I am not here for you to spend my money for me, I am here to get a few questions answered and have someone HELP me.

So, once again. I need an i7 as I have asked for multiple times, I need a closed loop liquid cooler (yes h100i :3).

HOWEVER

I have achieved what I was looking for thanks to the one (1) person who followed through with the request. THANKS ALL!

Why would I?

And what build is OP talking about that fulfills his request? secksii's build comes close, but will be over his budget after taxes, as will Funion's.

i7 + H100i + monitor/peripherals/OS + good FPS games GPU (R9 290, GTX 970) is simply not possible with that budget, unless you really cheap out on quallity or cut storage to unreasonably small amounts.

ImO go with a Xeon E3, but that would render the H100i useless.

well this would still be in his budget
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wKHdzy
but considering he has 1.5k, figured he wouldn't mind spending ~$100 for taxes for the sex

Saphirre R9 290 Tri-X OC <> GTX 970
Asrock H97 Fatality Performance <> Krait

That would save some money (at equal quality and perfrmance) for a better monitor, more commonly used SSD or even 16GB RAM (don't know how memory dependent his applications are).
No black/white needed anyway without a side window^^

Nice build regardless.

It was a build that was put together while talking with someone and getting information on Skype. (Which is what I asked for to begin with

The monitor is something that can be passed on for the time being. I can get a cheapo home depot monitor from a bargain store for now. Till next month.

16gb is really all I need right now.
