theyre both good but the one i linked has a $20 mir. something to consider if you count mir as a discount

like newkid says, they're both good.
Seasonic is well known for making great psu's and the XFX is made by them. Has 5 yr warranty.
The EVGA psu he linked is made by FSP which isn't seasonic/superflower, but still great. Has 10 yr warranty with EVGA support.

If you want the best of both, here's another alternative.

add more fans as you want, case comes with 2 ( 1 rear , 1 front)
you can get fans to replace those 2 + 1 more at the front, add another for the bottom, really up 2 u
