to be relevant, I'm gonna say at this time, I don't think the R9 285 can compete with the 960's pricing at the moment. I would get that.

If you come across a 285 or 280x for 200 or less [doable with rebate, not without rebate, so its contingent on that atm], I would get it over a 960.
