doesnt seem so and out of warranty went with the 8320 for 150 was good deal

Was probably the best choice...the 8320e is clocked lower and has lower TDP, by the time you would have gotten it clocked to 8320 speed the TDP won't probably be the same as the 8320.

which is why the only reasons to get e version is cheaper price ( not in all cases obviously ), lower TDP for certain builds, or newer binning.
