Yah motherboard is full compatible

your PSU is still pretty good and will work fine, I have a 750 watt PSU and run SLI 970's

970 is the way to go..
But a 760 will run Black Desert to the max...

The 970 is overboard but... if your spending the money already.. go with a 970..
I just wanted to answer your question with what you actually asked so...

A direct answer to your wants = Gtx 760 because it will easily give you the fps you want on any settings on that game
My recommendation and everyone else = A 790.. I like the gigabyte 790.. amazing cooling... I recommend this because its not alot more in price and is WAY better
