cool air on newer/higher end psu's with custom fan curve means you can have it on less, for a quiet psu

I didn't know a ventilated case was considered "obstruction". Does that mean case fans should have just a wide open hole instead of a vented panel? Damn... Companies have been doing it wrong this whole time.
