prices always change because of new models and inventory coming out, if you're going to stick by that you're just going to wait forever.
And he also mentioned black Friday so unless he's referring to next year the time period should be about now (possibly cyber Monday) where he can get some decent deals, so for now the prices should be pretty relevant.

Wut. It's not even mostly about the new models coming out. Like in a 500 budget, they'd recommend cx430/500 PSu, when hive550 or evga's can be even cheaper. So Ur never going to get "best available item" at the time Ur trying to purchase. Look at all the builds I linked past few days with the insane deals, they change literally in 12hrs cos of price differences. So to those Dat waited a day or 2 even later couldn't get it, and needed a new 1 or spend the extra $$$.
