you could go for 8gb but its not necessary imo.
yes everything will fit. if you're willing to spend around $50 more, i think they have a computer building service. that way you dont need to build it lol. might also come with a canada computer warranty. you should ask them about it

Okay then I'll definitely keep it at 4gb and probably use their service to have them build it if they give me some sort of warrenty

4gb is enough unless you really want 8gb.

everything fits but the motherboard is out of stock and won't be re stocked.
the case could be cheaper if you wanted to and the power supply could be changed for something else.

I'll try to find a replacement motherboard at the store
and what case/power supply do you recommend to fit with the rest of the build?

Im going to the heartland location

Optical drive

needed, those three were clearance items and can't find online or any nearby stores
also do I need a cooling for the computer?

Decent build, although not a big fan of Cooler Master cases, or PowerColor.

Here's one I put together with a little more horsepower, but still comes in the 500-700 window, and gets you an i5 and a 6870 (i3/6850 will run D3/SC2 just fine, but this one future-proofs a little more).

If you aren't planning on overclocking, you should be able to use the stock CPU cooler. If you do OC, then get this cooler: http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=64385&vpn=RR-212E-20PK-R2&manufacture=COOLERMASTER
