That is why more VRAM would be worth having.
You could get more monitors or a bigger display, which would consume more VRAM...

if I only use one monitor.
and HDMI cable to TV when seeing films ?

Pretty much this...not really a reason to get more then 1x gtx 580 with a single monitor...I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's 1080p too, so really no reason at all for 2 of them...in which case you can cut back on your PSU and save a bit of money too, 1000w won't be needed.

Well how how big PSU should i get ?
Don't know if the 4x fans are using some to.

Single GTX 580 a 650-750w would be what you would want to get...a 580 on load pulls like 450w...

I think a 750w would be more efficient on load, but a 650w would be fine too as long as a quality unit...
