considering you have the monitor included, its about $900 in parts all said, yes, thats about the best in your price range, you could get an intel processor/mobo but it would cost more and gain you very little

comes with the stock heatsink, if you want to buy some, theres several good options, AS5, TX-2, TX-3, OCZ freeze, shin-etsu, etc

you get much more from your money on newegg

plus building it is not that difficult
you have a whole forum of people to help you
and if you get stuck, you can pay a local shop $50-60 to build it for you
plus neweggs return policy is top notch
their BBB rating is great
they are secure seal and verisign secured
they work with paypal

and etc


dells are crap
