Sorry but I dont understand what those values stand for...

I only have info about what I typed before in topic. Please be more specific dude so I can follow your advice

Sorry, often people focus on CPU and GPU but at the end of the day your experience all flows through the monitor.

Common monitor resolutions are
1080
1440
4k

You can get a 4k monitor and your PC will happily play YouTube and Netflix but you won't enjoy games on it (they'll slug along at unplayable speeds)

1440 is middle of the road and a 1100euro PC could play most games at lower settings, the monitor will likely be lacking with your budget

1080 has been perfected for a long time so your 1100euro PC will happily play games at a high frame rate and you can get a brighter, better looking monitor (maybe even a second monitor) for cheap

Edit:
Coming back to your original post, I honestly think you'll be happy with an i5 (10 series or newer, locked or unlocked) or ryzen 5 (3600 will be great price for the performance, or 5600) and a 2060 super graphics card

Well my plan was stick to my actual smart TV so I could not worry about the monitor and spend/save for the RTX/GTX and CPU etc
But you made a good point. Maybe my smart tv will lack aswell :/

TV is either 1080 or 4k, might be a great option

You want to check the response time of your TV. 1ms or faster is preferred, anything slower than 4ms is going to make your 1100euro PC feel like a 400euro PC

Edit:
I'll add that first person shooters might be way less fun on a tv if you're competitive. Slower response time will hamper your success in shooters

I'm not familiar enough with your region but make a parts list on part picker and then shop around

Shoot me a PM if you have any questions!

This looks great! I think I would personally get one large SSD instead of small SSD and hard drive but I'm not sure of parts costs in Portugal. Can you get a 1TB M.2 SSD for 80 euros instead of the 256ssd and 1tb HDD?

You can probably find a cheaper SSD than Corsair but definitely your preference. HDDs are great for large amounts of cheap storage, but you're building something great here and I think the HDD hinders it.

Signing off for now but please send pics or post them and tag me when this is built! So exciting
