Generally a case's quality is judged on it's airflow and build quality (noise, quality of materials, thoughtful design such a catering to different needs with the least compromise),and most importantly it has to have enough LEDs to outshine the sun /s. I didn't know he already had the case, but if he's spending this much money might as well get something better as it'll likely be more than just aesthetics. Look for cases with mesh + dust protection, such as the Fractal Meshify C, there's other cases just as good though this is just my preference). You don't want a 1200W PSU because there's actually an efficiency metric to keep in mind here, using to little or too much of your PSU's capacity is not ideal. You could go with a 650w like urbanshaft mentioned, that could be considered the most efficient pick for your dollar, but I think the difference in price between that and a 750w/850w is generally worth the noise/heat/longevity benefits, but if you had a different budget I would care less about that.
How about this?
