TBH I'd look at premades right now because GPUs are still crazy because of Covid and silicon shortages.

GPUs are expensive and rather difficult to buy due to high demand and low supply. I imagine with a $2000 USD budget, you'd probably want to go for a NVidia FE 3060 Ti or FE 3070. I think their MSRP is $500 or less. EVGA also has some 3060 or 3060 Ti that are less than $500.

As for your parts search for the desktop, below are some recommendations.

AMD Ryzen 5800X - ~$400 USD
B550 or X570 motherboard - between $150 to $400 USD
Noctua NH-D15 - ~$110 USD
Crucial Ballistix 16GB at 3600MHz C16 - ~$100 USD
Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB - ~$100 USD
750W Gold rating PSU - ~$100 USD

I'm not sure if you need a monitor or not, but at the minimum, go for a 27" IPS monitor with QHD/1440p resolution. But depending on which motherboard you pick, maybe you need to increase your budget a bit more to include a monitor.

X570 is generally the more expensive motherboard compared to B550.

I like this list as I’m also newb to modern PC, this looks great n I’m willing to learn n get a great PC at a Fair price :D
