Honestly with your budget you may be better off buying a used rig on Craigslist. Having a $700 budget I can't imagine you'll even be able to find a decent rig with a 10 series GTX card, and even then if you did manage to find something with a 1050 they'd cheap out on the PSU/HDD and other parts and you'd end up having a product with super bad reliability metrics. Go try and find someone's 2-3 year old custom built that they're selling to upgrade, and you'll get much better value proportional to your amount spent.
