Which CPU do you have? Did you read the manual?

https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1200/ROG_STRIX_Z590-E_GAMING_WIFI/E17988_ROG_STRIX_Z590-E_GAMING_UM_V2_WEB.pdf

On page 28, it says if you're using 10th gen Intel, you should be putting it in the M.2 2nd slot.

Nope didn’t read :/ and yeah I am using 10th gen, I think I’ll need to change it of slot

I hope you also put your RAM in the correct slots...especially if you got the RAM with OC/XMP profile built into the RAM.

your mobo seems to have a weird configuration maybe for the m.2 slots maybe this thread will help you https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?123203-New-Strix-Z590-E-Dead-M-2-slot

Unfortunately, the manual doesn't even tell you to enable the PCIe/NVMe feature for the M.2 slot #2/B. Not sure if Asus sucks or if this is the design of Z590 chipset.

Fucking rocket science.

AMD is/was so much easier. Or perhaps the Intel 11th gen would have been easier...which would enable "automatically" the M.2 slot #1/A and slot #2/B.
