Pricing and value varies a lot, also what you primary do on your pc matters.

That's my answer, so really why ask team Blue or Red if you know the answer yourself!

just went amd for the first time on a gaming rig

i've had/built every generation of intel since one of my first computers, a pentium 133 in '96

very happy with what amd delivers in 2021 and haven't had nearly as many blue screens as I have with nearly every intel I mess with

Nice, Thermaltake w200 looks like a beast.

probably right now its based on your gpu they are optimized to work together
all the tests say so, ppl stick with one or the other so they can re use parts especially mobo
i prefer intel and nvidia
but u dont need i9, i7 is better for games imo
and 3060 ti will play almost any game (no i dont have one yet)

if u somehow have that new 6700-6800 xt go with the best ryzen cpu, why not

Probably bought before the current shortages? People wouldn't have much to choose from now lol.

only gpu, everything else available
u can try hunting for a refurbished card, theres a couple importing companies on the 3rd and 4th page of google that still have a few
just saw a refurb 2060 for $400 on kwest.com

AMD is better core vs core, but if you factor in price, Intel is a better value.
For example, I built a pc this month with 10850k, because it was on sale for $320.
5600x was $300, and 5800x is $450.
$320 for 10850k is much better deal than any AMD cpu atm.

Wow that is a great deal for 10850K. It is usually $450ish isn't it.
Yeah in that case Intel would be greater value for sure.

at this point both are good, so just go with that best deal you find(when you consider processor+mobo) for the performance.
