I honestly think you're wasting your money to upgrade your RAM to 32GB. Unless this laptop is meant to be a workstation (like running AutoCAD or 3D rendering/design), 16GB is good enough. It's the VRAM you want to increase for gaming but this is usually not possible.

But if you're truly dead set on upgrading to 32GB, that's a lot of tabs of various different porn stars you'll be watching.

okk but i think i can put a 1 or 2 to ssd would be more good for me
also i do not need to watch porn XD i got a good wife for this part haha ty

The clear bottleneck for gaming is the GPU which you cant really upgrade. Other than upgrading the storage I wouldn't recommend anything else. Maybe the best gains can be achieved by simply dusting out the fans to prevent thermal throttling.
