found that for 150CDN

worth?

https://www.powercolor.com/product?id=1493267392

also found that for 200CDN, never heard of powercolor before though

TBH for the price difference I think the performance jump from the 570 to the 580 is worth it. Linked you a 480 (the 580 is just a refreshed 5% better 480.) For $202 cad shipped.

The 150 for a 570 is decent though If that fits your budget better

yes they considered low tier and difficult to deal with support but that doesn't really apply with a used card.

/edit
If your going used you might as well look at kijiji over ebay imo.
Lot of local broke hurting mofo's right now cause covid.

Yeah facebook market place is an option, personally I don't have or use facebook though.
I wouldn't limit your search to only a 480 though, that's probably your bigger issue.
Just get something that is as good as or better then a 480 for same price point.

this site can be used to give you an idea on performance...

lol. what i ordered vs what i ordered is a big yikes...
maybe ill buy it for him, then wait to see if stock will ever return. i need to get him something for now so he can play during covid...buy it now, resell later for half the price to try and salvage anything

the two that i posted can be used with what i have correct?

too late i have everything with exception of a video card lol

don't do that, that aorus mobo has one of the worst vrm cooling. Last i heard is they fixed it, but it's still meh. The tomahawk has better vrm cooling, but these don't matter as much if you're not OCing but the aorus is more expensive, so no point doing that to yourself.

also the aorus built in wifi has a 1x1 controller so it won't be as fast as your TPlink. Also has less fan headers 4 vs 6, but it has one more m.2 slot than the toma.

as for GPU, because of limited supplies i'd just get a 1070ti since u toronto ppl tryin to be selling 1660s for like 600 lol

you think i should pay $200 more for those eh? that 1660s was supposed to be 300ish. i could always get it later on or upgrade to something better in a few years

that powercolor one is sealed still for 200. thinking of getting that unless you guys are really against it
