PC (not a laptop)
Need a monitor

Wants to be able to play shooters and MMOs etc is a good graphics/video card is important I’d assume.

I don’t know anything about computers so forgive my ignorance.

Does anyone know of any stock PCs that would be all inclusive to his needs? Or a simple way to build one?

The biggest issue that people see on a 600$ PC is the fact that even an Ryzen 7 is going to run you 300$ and a half decent mother GPU is around 300 (for something like a 1650 super) that wont run all that well.

Building a computer from scratch, you will want to have a little higher budget for it to be a decent gaming rig


I would advise finding something used on facebook/craigslist.
