Nope, its unwise to recommend a build without knowing details from the link I posted.

Budget:
Maximum you will spend? - $1500-2000USD
Will you complete mail in rebates? - No
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? -
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - No
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - Monitor but not really part of budget

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) - Warzone
Country? - Canada
Will you travel to NCIX (canada) or Microcenter (USA) for parts? (Null if unsure) - No

How much hard drive space do you want or need? - I dunno 500 -1Tb
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wired most likely
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - No idea what this is
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - No

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? - Just clean nothing crazy
Do you prefer a window on your case? - Saw some with the side doors that you can look through.. looked cool
*(Please note how picky you will be with colors. Sometimes it's just not feasible to get some colors on certain parts)*

Go to micro$hits website, download the windows 10 creation tool
Make a bootable windows 10 usb with a 8gb flash drive.
Get windows 10 pro key from ebay for 5$

As for gpu yes they are hard to get but if you try you'll probably manage it otherwise I'd opt for a USED 2080/2080ti.
Should be even cheaper and same performance almost.

Then for fans get 2x 3 pack of which veer colour you like here...
(do note you will have 1-2 extra [think 2] which isn't a bad thing cause some will fail after a few years)
https://www.amazon.ca/s?k=case+fans+EZDIY-FA&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

I bought these for example for the wife recently cause she wanted blue...

I'm quite happy with them and the glow on them is really nice...

Couple questions:
1. How come the seagate instead of the samsung evo 970?
2. Why the motherboard you choose vs the one i put? I read good things about the one I put in... Im completely new to PC computers and parts though so just curious if its performance, brand, etc
3. Do I need the Ryzen 7 or can I just get a Ryzen 5? I dont understand cores and threads

1. It's a crucial ssd + 2tb of 7200 rpm storage for movies music and w/e
Virtually no difference in performance from crucial to samsung evo.
Will the evo outlast the crucial, probably then again it might not.
But you'll probably replace system by the time it dies either way.

2.You have the ability to OC with what I selected.
Additionally AMD cpu's don't oc well like intels so I'd suggest don't bother.
The asus tuf has good reviews but it doesn't mean its really that much better/worth it for you.

3.Ryzen 3700x is good for editing and streaming, the 3600x is fine for just gaming and some side shit.
I opted for 3700x cause you said up to 2k and I don't want you coming back showing it off like you
some big dick player then have a 2 incher and people like shaft will laugh at you.

/edit
Before you ask heres the cheaper but ok build version

What will the noticeable differences be if any between the 2 builds?
