I tried to put your build with my PSU, got this

Note:The Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the EVGA SuperNOVA GA 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.
Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.

We've been over this before on this forum. It'll be OK. The AMD 3000 series CPUs don't really overclock anyway. You MIGHT squeeze an extra 100-200Mhz out of a high binned CPU, but it's really not worth the effort.
The AMD 3700X has a boost clock of up to 4.4Ghz. Which is fine. I'm running a 3700X right now... it's plenty quick at stock. :)

Just about all the X570 chipset motherboards have that extra connector. There must be 50 builds on here, that are running fine without the extra 4 pin.

/e If that still bothers you....the cheapest 4 Gigabyte boards on this list ONLY require 1x 8pin connector.

/ee I just pick the Asus TUF motherboards cause they are low priced and built STRONG. Physically strong, with strong long lasting components.

No. There is probably nowhere on your PSU to plug it into. Like I said... unless you're after serious overclocking, you don't need the extra 4 pin connector.

IF it bothers you, just switch to one of those 4 Gigabyte boards. Gigabyte makes excellent boards as well.

I would look for a better motherboard. Something like this, maybe... https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BR32yk

The good motherboards, in general, come from ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte.

The one I put in your build is one of ASUS's TUF motherboards.

Here... have a read.
