Hp 23es. And I don’t have to go crazy with the resolution 1080 or 1440 perhaps. I could always upgrade the monitor in the future

That is a 60hz monitor, so it refreshes 60 times/second. therefore 150fps is useless to you.
technically going above 60fps can make it a little smoother due to input lag and such but you wont notice too much of a diff.
this setup will be plenty for what you want to do with it.
