Haven't seen a 5700 XT fail irl. Could be more cases online, but that's the same with any other product.
Alright, my ram could be better. V1.1 https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/4nyWdm
A 2080 Super shits on a 2070 Super too. What more good is the 2080 Super gonna do over a 5700 XT at 1080p?

so your going to assume its 1080p? even after building for 1440p/144hz
additionally are you under the impression one can't upgrade or have multiple monitors?
You still don't learn, there sthat windows 10 shit again.

I feel OP wants BEST he can get for money even if it doesn't help him right now.

Do you even know what the rating means?
Cause I feel like you don't.

Not arguing. Just reacting to your comments.

Would still like an explanation for the bronze psu. May my idea of getting gold isn't always the right idea.

Of course, that's the first place I went to. Although, a gold rated psu isn't necessary, a gold rated psu has more to gain than lose at a higher price. For example; better quality and fanless functionality. Every product has a chance to be defective, we all know that. With better quality components, it's less likely to fail and may prove to be longer lasting. With one less fan moving, the audible difference might be game changing. I know it is for me.

Gold rating doesn't imply better parts nor does it imply a silent fan. It's entirely based on the efficiency at which it handle the electricity it draws.
Over time it can be better to go gold to save money but that entirely depends on the total usage of the machine.
Most generic users won't see much if any actual gains over the life of the system.
