Not sure where those games stand for graphics, but you can pull off 1440p 144hz in a lot of games with this setup (you might have to drop some settings off of ultra).

Cooler, Mobo are way overkill. Get 3600 speed RAM, ditch the HDD and get a 1tb SSD, case is preference but you could get a newer one IMO, 550-650w psu will be fine unless you gonna hardcore OC. Get Windows key on eBay/kinguin

-i wanted an x570 mobo so that i wont have to update my bios to use my ryzen 3700x. also this one has wifi
-i chose this cooler cuz otherwise i'd probably just stick with the stock wraith prism, which isnt the best if i ever choose to oc
-i've read 3600 ddr4 ram is almost identical to 3200 ddr4 ram in terms of speed and i will not notice a difference
-what case do you recommend? i like full tower cases btw
-i had a 650w psu on before, but i was getting compatibility issues saying that the lower watt psu's lack an extra 4 pin connector that may give me problems with my mobo
-i'm nervous about buying windows keys like that tbh. super shady lol

B450 mobos have been shipping with updated BIOS for months, you could get a b450/x470 and be fine. $60 air cooler with do the same job but quieter and more reliable. 3600 had better price: performance ratio when you factor entire build price. You don't need extra cpu power unless you're gonna OC a 16 core or do extreme overclocking. Get meshify s2 if you like bigger cases Windows keys on that method are fine. I know multiple people who've bought keys off kinguin with zero issues.
