Generally the good deals are on inferior quality products made for black Friday clearance (especially tv's).
Most deals can be found here and there up to 4-6 months prior to these fake holidays.
As for curved its your choice but there generally a gimmick. Really comes down to your budget though.

Might wait on the monitor, if used them for work and for mmorpg and loved them but not needed by any means.
I also wonder about them being a disadvantage for fps gaming (too much to look at)

Appreciate that i deal with alot of big excels and internal quoting tools so wasting a lot of time on sizing would annoy me, maybe ill pass and just get some new low bezel screens
