I would go with https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/HggYHB for your purposes in all honesty.

Your in game fps will be higher with the GPU as GPU architecture is the main bottleneck right now, and your CAD rendering, etc will be faster with the Ryzen.

Not really sure what Ghot was doing with his, a lot of wasted money for the same spec RAM/mobo, worse SSD, worse gpu imo.
