After you open the product, I heard some of the companies wont accept returns...

Like fucking hell they can't.
Maybe if it was like a game for a console i can see that but if shits doa they fucking taking it right back.

But dont some of those websites state on the site itself they dont take returns etc ?

Ahhh okay, As with ghots recommendation do you agree as well ?

I'll be honest I ain't wanna read it all.

But if streaming is your focus the 9700k is a solid cpu just expensive.
Noctua NH-D15S is a better cooler at same price point.
Case really is preference, look around yourself and find what YOU like that supports the parts you have.
