alright i will try n find box, but i'm honestly thinking i need a cpu and gpu upgrade, i've been doing a lot of research. that way I can use 2 computers to broadcast,
i've got about 15 mbs upload speed but will run test

Thing is most ISP says you have up to 16Mbs but thats not necessarily at all times.
You need a stable upload speed, more over you want probably about 15Mbs just for the stream.

This is what your looking at provided the psu is fine which imo should be cause its running dual 680's.

I don't know why you'd need 32gb ram, lol is pretty basic tbh.
You contact your ISP and pay more for a higher tier if possible.

You can have 3 gpu's in crossfire/sli but its not advised anymore.
You could also do like sli 680's with a dedicated physics card but that also not recommended either.

If you just want to replace the 680's then I'd highly recommend you buy a gpu worth it.
I see no reason to be replacing a gpu's with something that runs at par with them.
Either upgrade out the gate or save the money imo, but you asked for a lateral suggestion so I provided it with the 1660ti.

Well i'm thinking I'm going to get a new computer for streaming, so maybe I will just leave my current computer as a 2nd computer dedicated for the game and let me new one do the streaming? what do you think?

Honestly lol isn't demanding. That upgrade is more then enough.
Provided your internet speed is adequate.

Second pc setup requires a lot of setting up as well as additional hardware like a capture card. Usually only needed for triple a games at max settings.

If you want a dedicated rig do this... This will last you awhile imo and can act as a home server for many things.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nPwHcY - as well as a Elgato HD60 Pro

Then un sli your gpu's and put on in each rig.
If you go to stream newer games just buy a new gpu/rig if need be.

pretty sure u cant stream higher then 1080p 60fps on twitch, and really there is no reason to.. because of bitrate

bitrate goes hand in hand with res and fps.. more res and fps will require more bitrate, and also depends on the game, generally fast paced games will require higher bitrate aswell

and no running a 2nd streaming pc is probably not worth it in this case, because lol is not very demanding.. upping the stream quality will tax on cpu tho, but it wont be a problem

u can also get a RTX gpu and stream over that instead of cpu, i heard good things about it
