Too much imo. The second GPU costs almost $150 more for just over a 10% gain in performance. First GPU is a better value. Also, that monitor is great and all, but I would recommend looking into a used monitor, or even two monitors depending on what you want to do. Monitor values fall fast when used, and generally you can save a hundred or two hundred dollars on a used monitor with similar specs. I personally run two monitors, with a nice one as my main monitor and a crappy one as my secondary. I can play games, and read my email/browse facebook/watch youtube at the same time, and you can generally get a crappy secondary monitor for cheap at Goodwill. It really depends on your desk space and if you want to be able to multitask without tabbing your game all the time.
