Where are you located?

Since you have your budget in €€, I guess you would be able to order from Germany/Austria/Poland?

https://geizhals.eu/?cat=WL-1150604

Thank you all for your suggestions. Mindless spam has made a good point.
I'm from Germany. Yes

I have made some improvement but I'm quite not satisfied with price as well as monitor

My thoughts to the suggestions: the rx580 while being a good card with great value is seeming to be quite noisy under strain.
So I ruled that out

The all too quiet variation from Haj seems to be good however I think I'm lacking some power and price is higher for those components?!

I also really like the idea of buying a good tower and power supply so that I might use as much as I can for my next build in a few years

So here is my version 2 little more refined try

And I'm open for more suggestions. Especially towards price other components and monitor

Okay we were nice the first time around, but you're aren't listening so here goes...

You're build is complete trash. Old generation cpu, overkill and unreliable cpu cooler, you don't need to buy separate thermal paste, pretty much all coolers come it it anyways, way overkill motherboard for that CPU, 8 gb ram is not recommended anymore at your budget, and single channel will severely limit your performance, plus that stick in general is not particularly good. Larger SSD than HDD is just a WTF. Lower quality GFX card that the ones we picked out, that case is old and big and going to be a pain to use, you could definitely get a better psu for that price, you don't need a wifi adapter, if you need wifi just get a motherboard with it, less expensive if you're buying out of the gate. That headset will sound like trash and fall apart in the first year, keyboard is just cheap garbage and overpcied because RGB and dedicated macro buttons.

Also just gonna throw this out there, the RX580 is an excellent price to performance card, and the amount of noise will depending on the quality of the cooler and the quality of the silicon in the actual gpu die.

Fill out the sticky and then choose one of the builds we recommend for you. Don't try and mash random shit together because you clearly have no idea what the fuck you are doing.

Code
- Fill in the appropriate form below.
- Please return to your thread (or pm the builder) within 3 days of purchases, as prices may change by as much as $100 between now and then.

Budget:
Maximum you will spend? -
Will you complete mail in rebates? -
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? -
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? -
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? -

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) -
Country? -

How much hard drive space do you want or need? -
Will you use wireless or wired internet? -
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? -
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) -

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? -
Do you prefer a window on your case? -
*(Please note how picky you will be with colors. Sometimes it's just not feasible to get some colors on certain parts)*

Since I already gave answers to the above I'm going to ignore it. It isn't helpful saying my build is trash. If you don't want to give specific advice I'm fine.

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/g7R2Cb
I Want to have an extra wifi. I once had onboard wifi and it was trash. Not going to make the same mistake again. I want it extra and replaceable and I'm happy to spend 40 bucks for it -no problem

I chose the old generation cpu for its hy Herz but of you are right - wrong decision.
I also upgraded the motherboard in order to use m2 properly

The 500gb bad HDD I already own, so I don't see why I can't use it as extra storage

Regarding the headset: according to various sources this is the best budget headset out there. If you have a better one please feel free to post it

To the keyboard: I like extra makrobuttons I like it quiet, mechanical and not too pricey. Maybe my choice is bad- then please go for it if you have an alternative

Regarding the grafic card. If I use a quiet (and high priced) rx580 I might as well get the 1660ti, at least that is what I'm thinking

Again correct me

But don't but don't be unhelpful on purpose

I literally pointed out every flaw, and I linked a build that was better in every way; not sure what more you can ask for since you've given us almost no information to go off of.

You probably had it back when wifi standards were a lot worse. The wifi on the gigabyte/msi boards is literally the same chip as the gigabyte/asus $40 wifi cards. If you REALLY need better, you're gonna have to spend upwards of $100 for a higher end wifi card, but honestly not worth it IMO, at that point just run an ethernet cable.
The second gen has higher hz (look at boost, not base), and better memory latency (translates to better performance overall, especially in gaming).
Any am4 socket mobo (except maybe some a320) can use m.2 properly. The only real world advantage of x370/470 is better VRM on the higher end boards and better support for multi-gpu (really only for workstation tasks now since new games scale like shit with multi-gpu).
Budget being key word. It's still not going to sound nearly as good as even a $50 pair of standalone headphones. The Cloud2 headset is really the only "gaming" headset worth any amount of money, otherwise just get regular headphones and a standalone mic, way better quality on both sides for the same price.
The keyboard you selected is not mechanical... and is fucking huge. If you just want something on the cheap, look @ reddragon, otherwise Corsair k63 and above are mechanical. Red is the non-clicky switch type, and you can get rubber o-rings on amazon for like $5 that will dampen the bottom out sound shorten the overall keystroke (will make the keyboard seem even faster).
A nice rx 580 is still $100 cheaper than any 1660ti, but if you're willing to spend for it by all means; it will be a much better card.

/e should also mention you still aren't selecting cl15 ram (gonna be a performance hit)
That case is meant for way more extreme builds. Look at NZXT H500 and Fractal Design Meshify C.
That cpu cooler is meant for sff, get a hyper 212 for same price. Better performance and less noise.
PSU is also very low end, would not trust with any of my components.

Again, fill out the sticky I posted above and we can help you get the most for your money.

Maximum you will spend? ~1000 ish on tower not included monitor keyboard and Headset
Will you complete mail in rebates? Yes probably
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? Sure
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? No but I wouldn't mind. Also would mind office key
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? Yes. But not within budget

Basic Info:
like I said before: I want a working PC that will bring me as casual gamer problem free through the next year's of gaming with high FPs regardless of the graphics
Country? Germany

How much hard drive space do you want or need? I have an old HDD but I'm fairly certain I want a big M2 that actually uses m2
Will you use wireless or wired internet? Wireless
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? Probably not until I have to
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? I want it to be as reasonably quiet as it can with regards to other factors. I also wouldn't mind investing in things I can use again with my next build or that enable me upgrade functionality in the future

/e choose whichever case and headset you like the look of more. Rest, just choose what's least expensive.

3200 CL16 and 2933 CL15 will actually yield the same performance as they both take the same time to actually complete a given cycle. I'm convinced many of them are the same binned die's with just different XMP settings.

Not exactly

3000 \ 15 = 200
3200 \ 16 = 200
So they both have a similar final latency but the 3200 kit will have a higher bandwidth and if used with Ryzen the higher frequency will also reduce the latency of the infinity fabric.
