I can't remember what type of coffee I have on my kitchen counter, take a picture and verify.

However it should be noted, that a 600 watt PSU is the BARE MINIMUM to run just that Graphics card alone...sooooooo go verify the PSU! :)

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 600~650 Watts power supply unit.

That's a great power supply, but a 1080 Ti can pull 400-410W all by itself.

Your power supply is too underpowered, in my opinion I would run a 750 or 800, but then again I like having the room to expand.

Bear in mind when you run things at the bare minimum you get the bare minimum results, also you have to account for everything as a whole, not just the GPU, but the CPU, your case fans, RAM, EVERYTHING uses power.

When you get home, take a picture of the setup and we can likely guide you to any misconfigurations and make better recomendations.

Based off the info you have provided though, you will likely need more power

Your system draws at most 535 watts at stock.
Thats under serious system load (100% TDP) which you would never be doing.
A good 550 will work, a 600+ is recommended for long term/oc'ing.
