Would an MSI RX570 be enough?

And could I save some cash on the RAM, i see some at 140 ish for 2x8gb, 3000hz

Less system ram and just set parametric for the GPU.

Think upgrade RAM and GPU (to the limit of my CPU), it would be decent enought to run games to a decent (mid to high settings) on 1920x1080 res (1 screen) ?

I think I am not ready yet to spend 1k+ for a PC I dont have much time to use, but I would enjoy an upgrade...

Maybe I could OC my i5-750, snag a better cooler on it

Wonder what is the best GPU I can get without feeling CPU bneck?

I know this is probably not a good idea but I wanna know what are my alternatives here and take the best decision

At 1080p, cpu will already be the limit. You could go for 16gb ram, but it's honestly more of a luxury than a necessity still. If you're smart with app management, you can still get by with 8 just fine. Rarely do games actually use more than like 4GB

yea..

Wonder how much I could OC that i5-750 with a ±25 bucks cooler...guess 3.8 GHZ stable would be doable...

And lets say I get a used GTX1050....or maybe even 1060?

1050 is not worth getting. If you really want something on the cheap, look for a used rx 570/580.
Even overclocked, the Ryzen 2600 will still stomp all over that i5.

oh of course dont get me wrong.

but getting a whole new comp with Ryzen = 1 000$

getting a used GPU with a better cpu cooler = 200$

simply trying to justify the best option for my needs

If you're gonna keep the CPU, might as well get an actual gpu, not some shit tier 1050.
Otherwise you're gonna be right back here in a year.

That's almost new price. Look for $150 cad.

agreed.

Buy a used 2500k/mobo/8-16gb ram - This will run you probably 200 used.
Add a cooler and oc it for like 60-80% gains from what you have.

Add a used 580 8gb at 150 and your laughing for a few more years.

Now also consider these are with old drivers and a 4gb card.
Your current cpu will place between the 2500k and the q6600 listed in video linked.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioq-zUh88n8

If you stick with current cpu you will be hard pressed not to bottle neck it even with a oc.

/edit
you may even find something higher then a 2500k now also in next few coming weeks cause of the bf/cm sales.
But as a base line you want at least a 2500k.
