Ryzen 1k series did, but at the very end. Ryzen 2 was into May-June. Also, when you factor in that the enterprise market products just got announced (officially) 2 days ago, and consumer is always behind a bit (straight up more money in enterprise). If I had to guess, June 2019 when Ryzen 3k series actually in stock.
