Buy the 8700k will help resell value down the road, no ones going to buy a used non k chip.
Can always tweak a bit more with an oc just can't go crazy on your board.

If ya want resale vale, spend $50 more than the 8700K and get the 8086K.

B360 can bclk oc?

if you have microcenter near by you can get 8700 non k or k with z370 mobo for under 400

but if you are serious about streaming why not think about having streaming pc only?
