Hyperx pretty much is your only bet on headset that i could recommend for your wants

For mouse you need to up the budget for your wants if you want nice sensor too

alot of people saying surround sound on a headset is a gimmick, heard that one before haha

sure in terms of actual speakers inside the headset, no there is not 7.1.. only 2.. thats why its called virtual

but have u actually tried both and compared? i dont think it matters for music and movies.. but for some games virtual surround has alot better directional sound
