I don't like the 8700k if your application doesn't use hyperthreading. The 8600k would be more than good enough. Save a few $ or maybe even get a higher tier GPU.

I agree with this. Also, you don't need to buy fans. The case comes with 2, and the 240 aio also comes with 2.

1060 6gb is plenty strong if you're only gaming at 1080p. First link I posted is an option as well. Trades ability to overclock CPU for better GFX card.
