Looking into WoW more it seems like its way CPU heavy over GPU

has far as FPS goes for WoW alone would it be better to upgrade my CPU over GPU?

no. i think pretty much all cpu's struggle. it's just the ammount of people at the time, mainly places like ashran with giant fights and tons of people.

raids you'll always be fine, and bg's. it's just like orgrimmar on high pop server seems to be taxing fps cause of so many people.

so I'd say get a rx 580 but I mean you aren't going to have a huge upgrade, %30.

a 470 should be good for WoW but if ur multiboxing i honestly have no idea. i've never done that

more cores/ram would be important for mboxing than gpu since depending on mbox method the other windows wont even be getting drawn on the screen and they can be set to low background fps

How would i go about finding out which one is bottle necking? I mean if i increase graphics in WoW I get a huge FPS Drop, even with just one wow open.

i downloaded msi afterburner, and have cpu and gpu usage showing.

Moving around in wow my gpu will spike to 98-99% and cpu sits around 20-60% the highest i saw was 67%

So im assuming based on that it means my gpu is bottle necking? idk what im doing tbh

wow cant use all 4 cores anyway
question is what's maxing out when your fps is lowest?
that's what matters most, min frames.
most likely it is cpu, at least the amount of the cpu the game can utilize.

I don't see anything maxing out tbu gpu is the only thing that goes to 99% and for less than a second.
