He wrote 144hz. I don't really have a need right now, more for the fun of it. My XPS handles my needs for now. Also our editing system as well.

Usually better bass on closed and positional sound can be lacking some From a gaming stand point
Open leaks sound and allows ambient room sound in

but hd559 would be my go to headphones right now do you want a mic attached like a headset or mic with mic arm which I prefer

I suggest doing away with headsets unless you need to use them on console/phone too

Budget is up to 400 or so

headphones or headset doesn't matter, the quality of sound and accuracy of position is what i desire
