Buy a decent GFX card now, as that will be able to carry over to a new system if/when you decide to build one. Then buy a single tower air cooler for your CPU (hyper 212 or Cryorig H7), and you should be able to overclock to somewhere around 4.3-4.5 ghz stable if you aren't already. That will help make up for a little bit of CPU bottleneck. I was able to get 4.3 on my old 8320 without even adding voltage. I've heard rumors of people getting as high as 4.8.
