Update, budget now roughly $1,800-2,000 and leaning toward a desktop. My friend recommended ibuypower.com. Anyone use them before? Anyone recommend anything else? I still don’t know anything so I won’t be building my own. Prebuilt is best for me.

Unless you have physical or mental disabilities, building your own is pretty easy.
