store? have them replace board on their dime imo.
Manufacturer? depends on there policy. Though the playing dumb method seems to work for most if nothing else. on the flip side being honest works also.
Just comes down to your moral principles.

Well, it was working before the bios update. He could have messed the update..I think the guy there didnt really care about my stuff, didnt bother asking me if it was alright to remove the slot for the gpu ( its not replacable,...the little metal thing in the back to fit a card in) and i dont have a gpu yet.
He was dropping the cpu on the metal counter, with the pin facing down... I will actually look for my case and any scratch they could have made to it, i had let the plastic on to make sure the transport didnt damage it. When i came back, i saw he ripped it off for no freaking reason. He doesnt need the front plastic to be removed to actually do his work. He also used a converted hdmi, cause they have no hdmi screen for the repair guy there...but again, they have been there for quite a while.

well you can always cover the slot. You had no gpu so he did what he had to. Personally I use a test bench.
while I won't condone the dropping of the cpu you also should understand just how resilient a cpu is.
I literally get them from scrap yards after being tossed around in trucks/box's and what have you they usually are still good, 1/10 are broken if that.
The plastic thing was dumb I see no reason to remove it. Most shops don't use higher end hardware, we use w/e works.
overheads a bitch and we need to keep costs down to stay in business.
The amount of time a shop is open is not indicative of how good there service is.

From what your saying now though it does alarm me.
I would not of done any of these things personally but some people get comfortable and don't care or are just down right incompetent.

yeah, most of it is no big deal, i will get a gpu one day and this will do it, just hope the case will be in good conditions mostlikely.
The motherboard has a onboard gpu and the a6 9600 has r5 graphics, and same with the ryzen 3 2200g vega graphics.

So blatantly wrong, it's laughable

Well, the compagny decided to RMA the motherboard for me, and while its on RMA, they will loan me an board upon deposit.
When the RMA come back, they will replace it at no extra charges.

After speaking with the main compagny representatives, I went in store, and everything went over my expectations.
Tought i would had to add a little tone to my voice, but not at all.



somehow, i dont think it is, we see big compagny who wouldnt care doing so, as they are well implanted and dosnt give a ship about a customer when they get 20 by the hours.
