The problem here is that $800 CAD doesn't get much these days. RAM has almost doubled in price in the last year or so, and pubg has some stiff req's at your budget.

I have tried to build a few recently. Especially in Canada, I find either the motherboard or the RAM is impossible to find. :/

At OP's budget and requirements, I would look for a decent used one...or at least some used parts.

i mean it's a big world try ordering from out of country retailers? I ordered some replacement tablet nibs from china and waited for it to arrive by boat, which was fine as my last nib was holding up decently and shipping was still damn cheap. RAM isn't much bigger.

i never got the whole 'availability in canada' argument, seems moot in a global economy. It's like saying you can't find drivers for your hardware because it was missing the disk and the local best buy didn't have another one.

i have built almost this same setup for a server in my home. it hasnt let me down yet. i have opted for some cheaper parts/case to get your video card to almost line up with your budget. shipping will unfortunately be extra, and id strongly reccomend windows 7.. at least until its not supported anymore..
