Would any of the intel i-5/i-7 be a better cpu for this?

Also - What would be the next step up in video cards? -- (Or is it pointless?)

In both builds I made, you can use old wireless card and/or sound card if you want.

Motherboard has built in WIRED ethernet and built in sound card.

a 1060 which is about %60 better. if you're not upgrading for a while then imo it's worth it for sure
